Sensics represents VR goggles for public VR use

Sensics has designed goggles for use in special conditions.

The creators believe that VR goggles for the masses need to be:

  • Durable so they can withstand extensive use
  • Be easy to clean between users
  • Support high output through user engagement
  • Offer the opportunity to integrate into existing devices such as racing helmets

All of these characteristics are relevant for museum exhibits, VR parks and rooms where a lot of people use this type of equipment daily.

The Sensics headset was developed using the OSVR HDK2 by Razer as its basis. Therefore, it will have the same characteristics such as displaying a resolution at 2160х1200 and have a frequency of 90Hz, with a viewing angle of 100 degrees. Also, there will be two vents to prevent lens fog. The Sensics headset will be able to work with large tracking systems, controllers and sensors.

The initial price is $2160. However, in the near future the company is going to begin mass production.
